Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.
Terms and Conditions
– The yoga mat must be undamaged and unused .
– The product must be in its original packaging .
– Return costs are at your own expense, unless it is a mistake on my part (for example, an incorrect or damaged product).
How to return?
1. Send an email to recreafika@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. You will receive further instructions for the return.
3. After receiving and inspecting the product, I will refund the full purchase price within 14 business days using the same payment method you used to place your order.
